How to order
You can order from our catalogues by telephone, fax or post. We accept orders without purchase order numbers, but any order numbers given are always noted on documentation.

Returns
Should you need to return faulty goods for replacement they must be returned in their original packaging and with any relevant documentation and manuals. Prior to return you must telephone and obtain an official returns number. We do not supply goods on sale or return basis.

1 Year Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of ONE YEAR. Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage resulting from misuse.Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these warranties and conditions.

Price and Payment
All prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the appropriate rate. We shall be entitled to maintain an action for the price of the equipment at any time after payment becomes due. Our terms are nett 30 days.

Changes
We reserve the right to change products or prices without prior notification. Prices and offers are subject to stock availability and expire at the end of the promotional period as published on the front cover.

Risk and Title
The product and equipment shall from the time of delivery be at your risk. Until we have received payment in full the products remain our property and ownership of the property will not pass to you.
