| Green World wins environment accolade |
|
Green World Supplies in Perivale has been awarded the BOSS EC Award 2004.
The Environment Certificate was awarded to the company for meeting the BOSS environmental standard and for continuous improvement year on year. Toby Robins of Green World, says: “We are committed to preserving resources and maintaining the environment. This award is external confirmation of our commitment. It’s especially significant when you consider we’re sharing this achievement with the likes of Guilbert, Lyreco, Banner and major manufacturers.”
The BOSS Environmental Certificate is seen as a stepping stone to ISO 4001, however companies with ISO 4001 still regard the BOSS Certificate as an achievement in its own right.Green World has been a member of Nemo since 1994.
