EBB Office, formerly known as Denian Office, has been providing office products and services to both the corporate and educational sectors since 1978. During this time, they have established a reputation built on a foundation of supplying quality products, combined with service excellence, consistent with the demands of its blue-chip clientele.
In June 2012 Elliott Baxter & Co Ltd (EBB Paper) acquired 100% of Denian Office Ltd, and although a name change will apply from 1st January 2014, there will be no change to the values and ethos embedded from the early days and a constant throughout the EBB brand.
The Elliott Baxter Group is a £110 Million turnover family owned independent business with 240 staff and 11 sites throughout the UK. Elliott Baxter was formed in 1922 and is now in its fourth generation of Elliott ownership and management. Sales Manager Rebecca Elliott had this to say about their NEMO partnership: “As a Group, we stock 30,000 pallets of paper and offer over 50,000 office and educational products. Our aim is to provide consistency of performance and value for money in all that we do, with a highly personal touch. A vital part of our strategy is the ability to compete on price. We feel that NEMO has the ability to support this strategy and we’re delighted to be sharing in the exciting initiatives they have in place for members”.
NEMO are equally delighted as Kath Slattery commented; “Of course it’s always a pleasure to welcome a new shareholder member, but especially pleasing when it’s a dealer of the calibre and reputation of EBB Office. We look forward to working with Rebecca and her team to add real value to their offering”.
