NEMO host their 2016 Conference on the 24th and 25th of June as members, suppliers and families join together at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel and Country Club in Meriden for what is set to be an unmissable weekend, celebrating the groups 30th year anniversary.

NEMO’s Conferences have one of the highest member attendances and (judging by the success of last year) combines the right balance of business, networking and fun!

The Conference theme this year is ‘Power of the past, force of the future’ as NEMO look back on 30 years of putting their members first, whilst embracing new technologies and the opportunities the future brings for the industry.

The event starts on Friday morning with the highly acclaimed annual golf tournament, sponsored by Nestle. The golf is then followed by some exciting outdoor activities, including human table football and laser clay pigeon shooting.

On Friday evening, attendees travel back in time to the eighties, with a themed fancy dress evening, set to be an unforgettable party, with entertainment including; trotter van photo-booth, retro arcade machines and tribute bands galore.

On Saturday, delegates move to the main event – starting with a business update and review from NEMO and break-out workshops for NEMO members hosted by key partners, including Headline Sponsors; Dams International, Gold Sponsors; Antalis and social media training with Armadillo Social and NEMO’s own HummingBird experts.

From there attendees are guided into the Supplier Expo, where they will get to interact with a multitude of vendors and the event finishes on Saturday night with the annual Gala Dinner, where the winners of the year’s awards will be revealed along with a few technological surprises, plus live entertainment from magicians and comedians.
